Litigating Breathalyzer Results and Other OUI Issues
Monday, November 13, 2023, 2-4pm
On the heels of our widely-attended, July 11, 2023 webinar on the technology of breathalyzers for both this prosecution and defense, we will be holding a defense-only training exploring the litigation of BT results. This event will cover the viability of reliability challenges, but will majorly focus on common and creative evidentiary challenges, cross-examination, and argument to a judge or jury. We will also discuss issues related to toxicology and DREs.
