Fictional client Makayla Jones has open cases with YAD/Criminal Defense, CAFL, and MH. Participants work together to review impeachment fundamentals and develop a theory of the case for their individual practice areas. Participants will learn how to decide whether to impeach, which mode of impeachment to use, and how to impeach effectively. Participants will practice impeachment by inconsistent statement and impeachment by omission. Get ready to have some fun as we work on one of the most important and difficult skills in our trial attorney toolbox!
