All paperwork must be submitted directly to Human Resources via e-mail ([email protected]) or mail within seven days of receipt of your offer letter. If you have specific questions, you can also e-mail us at [email protected].
Additionally, in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), you will be required to complete an I-9 Form to provide our Human Resources Unit with documents that verify your identity. By law, the I-9 Form must be completed within three business days of your first day of work. You will receive the I-9 Form during your Benefits Orientation. HR will be in touch with your supervisor to schedule this Benefits Orientation.
Examples of acceptable documents include:
- United States passport
- Permanent Resident Card
- Driver’s license & Social Security Account Number card
