Participants will have an opportunity to explore an in-depth analysis of the SCOTUS cases which impact identity issues. More particularly the cases concerning Affirmative Action, Women’s Rights and the rights of those in the LGBTQ+ community concern the impact of identity on one’s individual liberties.
