- Explain how to assist your client in withdrawing a 3-day notice for discharge
- Identify how to assist your client when the holding facility will not accept their withdrawal of a 3-day notice for discharge.
- Describe how to assist your conditional voluntary status client when the holding facility wishes to transfer them.
- Explore how to assist your client when the holding facility refuses to accept their withdrawal of a 3-day notice for discharge for miscellaneous reasons (medication refusal, perceived lack of competency, guardianship)
