Learn each step necessary to perfect your client’s appeal in both commitment and guardianship cases, including the newest requirements for trial counsel.
You will learn filing deadlines for both types of appeals, procedural rules, and receive sample pleadings to make sure your appeal is timely filed and appropriately worded to protect your client’s appellate rights before appellate counsel is appointed.
