After this training, you will be better prepared to:
- Understand the current law and the proposed FDA regulations
- Work with experts to educate the court about aversives and the alternatives
- Collaborate with DDS
- Advocate zealously for clients facing the potential use of aversive skin shock

This training is mandatory due to the SJC rulings in JRC v. DDS, 492 Mass. 772 (2023) and the resulting petitions for use of skin shock for behavioral control.
