PRONG THREE: SLAYING THE DRAGON – THE EXPERTS: KAREN TALLEY, DEVORAH VESTER, RACHEL ROSENBERG AND DANIEL TOMPKINS SHOW US HOW
Karen and Devorah will lead an in depth analysis of M.G.L c. 123 s. 1 “likelihood of serious harm,” Prong Three and the Appellate Courts’ interpretations of Prong Three.
Then Rachel and Daniel will show us how to prepare a Prong Three case: including identifying and prepping witnesses, cross and direct examination, objections, motions for directed finding, opening and closing arguments.
