Training Format and Requirements:
This training will take place live (in person) in various locations across the state. The hybrid course will be a combination of live meetings as well as substantial self-directed learning through our learning management system (Talent LMS).
Our Welcome/Introduction day will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, August 31, 2022 from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The live sessions will take place in various CPCS office conference rooms across the state.
Live Sessions:
Week One Live Sessions: September 13 & 14 (Tues, Wed) 9am to 5pm
Week Two Live Sessions: September 20 & 21 (Tues, Wed) 9am to 5pm
Week Three Live Sessions: September 27 & 28 (Tues, Wed) 9am to 5pm
Week Four Live Sessions: October 4 & 6 (Tues, Thurs) 9am to 5pm
Each Thursday through Tuesday you will complete work on Talent LMS to prepare for the upcoming weeks’ live session skills exercises. Please keep your schedules clear for the live sessions.
