2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – Yeah ya gotta calibrate!
Did you know that there are newly discovered problems with the Draeger Alcotest machine used for breath tests in Massachusetts? OUI defense attorney Steve Panagiotes has learned that the machines’ calibration process is faulty. Errors in calibration can mean erroneous readings leading to improper prosecutions and convictions.
On June 25 Steve will join us to tell us about the problems with the calibration process he discovered and share a few tactics for using this in your cases. You owe it to yourself an your OUI clients to be fully informed.
