Join us for our next monthly Race Equity Drop In session on January 31, from 1-2PM as we explore different ways of building rapport and trust with clients when we don’t share an identity or don’t understand their experience. How do we bridge these gaps and overcome these barriers to develop positive working relationships with clients across differences? We hope to share challenges and brainstorm solutions. Come share your experiences, ideas, successes, or commiserate with us where we could have done better.
