Utilizing data, research, and practical tips gleaned from case successes in the 15 years since the Innocence Program was first established, this webinar seeks to raise awareness of the common causes of wrongful convictions and identify strategies to successfully investigate and litigate motions for new trial that seek to disrupt the narrative of guilt and focus on finality that too often pervades appellate review of criminal convictions.
