Do you want an opportunity to talk about: guardianship issues? “case crunch” your case? problems in your probate court?
There will be a short presentation on TEMPORARY GUARDIANSHIPS. You will learn what to do when you get a Motion for Temporary Guardian without time to prepare, what to do when the Motion for Temporary Guardian was allowed before you were appointed, what the petitioner must prove to succeed on a Motion for Temporary Guardian.
