Evidence Series- Turning Video into Advocacy: Impeachment with Media Evidence

This training will provide practical strategies for using body‑worn camera footage, cell phone video, and other media to impeach witnesses at trial. Participants will learn both the legal foundations of impeachment and the technical skills needed to prepare effective video clips using common editing tools.
