In this in-person workshop, with the MHLD training department, Dr. Tina Adams, Dr. Leonard Lai, Attorney Valerie Rust, Attorney Naomi Shelton and other colleagues, we will prepare a commitment case using redacted records/transcript in which the lack of cultural competency is an integral component of the case strategy.
Together we will draft cross & direct examinations and deliver them in a mock hearing.
