Eileen Morrison from CPCS’s Immigration Impact Unit will provide criminal defense attorneys with practical information and updates regarding relevant changes to immigration law, policy, and practice under the current Administration. The training will focus on how changes to immigration law impact noncitizen criminal defendants in Massachusetts and, more broadly, will offer take-aways relevant to all clients.
