Have you been assigned to a conservatorship case and wondered where to start your representation?
This training will familiarize participants with the conservatorship provisions of the MUPC, so that participants will recognize the issues in dispute and determine how to have the client’s disputed capacities evaluated.

This two-hour program on Zoom includes a video recorded presentation on conservatorship basics by Deborah Hill Stevens and a live in-depth presentation on issues to watch for when representing conservatorship clients by Joblin Younger Esq. Participants will then discuss/solve hypothetical scenarios taken from our cases to develop a more thorough understanding of conservatorship issues.
