You will hear from staff and private MHLD attorneys who will explain the nuts and bolts of mental health cases: a client’s entry into the mental health system, the timeline of a case, the statutes and significant cases implicated, the litigation issues which arise, and how the client gets committed, discharged or placed under guardianship. During the presentation, we will flag critical points of overlap with other practice areas to watch out for. A brief Q & A will follow. Both sessions will be recorded and made available on My Gideon.
**Please register in advance for the sessions with the links above and you will subsequently receive a confirmation email to join.
