AMY L.V. BROOKS
Attorney Brooks is a 2012 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. In 2005, she graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. Prior to law school, Attorney Brooks worked as a canvasser in support of candidates for the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (“DFL”) in her home state of Minnesota. During law school, Attorney Brooks volunteered as a canvasser for “No One Leaves” a program designed to inform renters of their rights when their landlord is faced with foreclosure. Additionally, Attorney Brooks interned with the Committee for Public Counsel Services in the Alternative Commitment and Registration Support Unit and the Framingham and Roxbury District Court offices. During her 2L and 3L years, Attorney Brooks competed in national mock trial competitions including the National Trial Competition, Tournament of Champions, and South Texas Mock Trial Challenge.
