Nadell has been the supervising attorney in the Springfield Office of the Mental Health Litigation Division since it opened in March, 2012. Prior to joining CPCS he was in private practice where he specialized in guardianship cases, civil commitments, and criminal appeals. He has argued cases in front of the Appellate Division of the District Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court. He is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School.
