SOCIAL SERVICE ADVOCATE
Jeff worked for the YMCA Children’s Crisis Outreach Response Service, providing crisis intervention to youth and families in Seattle, WA. During this time he also supported youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other disabilities by providing private mentorship services to youth in the greater Seattle area. Jeff moved to the Boston area in 2012 to pursue graduate studies at Simmons College and received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work.
Jeff started at CPCS soon after graduating. In his role he supports the mission of zealous advocacy as an intricate member of a juvenile’s legal defense team. In this role he utilizes his clinical expertise to support clients throughout their legal cases, advocating for community based alternatives to incarceration, diverting youth from the criminal justice system, and providing intensive case management and clinical support for youth who become involved in the juvenile justice system as part of the legal defense team.
