Brian joined YAD in March of 2011. After graduating from Northeastern University School of Law in 1988, Brian worked as a bar advocate, accepting court appointments in both the district and juvenile courts, as well as in care and protection proceedings. Once the Youthful Offender statute became law in 1996, Brian’s practice focused almost exclusively on delinquency and youthful offender representation. Each fall Brian teaches “Representing Juveniles and Youthful Offenders” at the Massachusetts School of Law.
