Jason Green
Public Defender
Jason Green works out of the Quincy and Stoughton District Courts. In 2011, he joined CPCS at the Lowell District Court Office representing clients in Northern Middlesex County charged with misdemeanors and concurrent jurisdiction felonies. He is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and the University of Delaware. Attorney Green has presented for the Massachusetts Continuing Learning Education Center and the Greater Lowell Bar Association. He is the author of “The Continuing Evolution of Massachusetts Marijuana Law” and “28.3495 Grams” in the 2013 publication of MCLE’s Guns, Drugs, and Money. Attorney Green is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association for Public Defense. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, as well as, New York, Connecticut, and the United States District Court for Massachusetts.
