Note: Criminal cases are heard on the 5th floor (Boston Central Division). If you are unsure of what courtroom you should be in, check the case lists outside each courtroom or check with the court officers or the clerk’s office on the 6th floor.

SUFFOLK SUPERIOR COURT

Note: Unless your attorney tells you otherwise, if you have a case in Suffolk Superior Court you should go to the 7th Floor. Most cases each day are called in either the magistrate’s session or first session on the 7th floor, though trials are heard on the 8th and 9th floors.
