Raquel has a B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology and Law from Suffolk University.  She previously worked as a case manager and outreach counselor for the North American Family Institute (NAFI) in the Lawrence and Lowell area.  In addition Raquel served in the Attorney Generals Office as a clerk for two years.
