Kelsey joined YAD in 2013, starting out the in the Worcester office before transferring to Somerville. She graduated with a Master of Social Work degree from Boston University in 2010 and obtained her independent clinical licensure two years later. She first practiced as a clinician with the Department of Youth Services and has experience in numerous forensic settings with a focus on adolescents and emerging adults. She has helped develop and deliver trainings to attorneys and social workers on Positive Youth Development, adolescent development, and holistic defense.
