Carlos Brito

Attorney Brito has been an attorney with the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) for 22 years. Prior to becoming Attorney in Charge of the Fall River office, Attorney Brito worked as a staff attorney for the New Bedford Superior Court Office for fourteen years, representing indigent clients in District and Superior Courts. Attorney Brito is a graduate of Boston College (B. A., 1988); University of Maine School of Law (J.D., 1991), and the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute (certificate, 1998). Attorney Brito is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and Cape Verdean Creole.
