Debra Scollins

Debra Scollins has over 18 years of experience working with Attorney’s representing poor criminal defendants. Before joining the Committee for Public Counsel Services Debbie served as the Executive Director of the Pilgrim Advocates program in Brockton, overseeing the important task of making sure those without the financial resources were properly represented in criminal proceedings by qualified attorneys. In 2016 Debbie came to what is now the Plymouth Court Trial Office to lend her support to attorneys practicing in the Plymouth County Superior Courts. When she is not working hard in the office, Debbie volunteers her time as the District Commissioner of the local Boy Scouts of America organization.
