Daniel has been practicing law since 2000, admitted to the bar in NY, Utah, and Massachusetts. He has previously practiced special education law on behalf of both families and children with disabilities and public school districts. He’s also previously practiced law and worked for a state protection and advocacy agency protecting the rights and serving the interests of persons with disabilities. He joined CPCS’s Mental Health Litigation Division since 2009.
