Justine received her J.D. at Northeastern University School of Law in 2010, where she participated in the Criminal Advocacy Clinic. While at Northeastern, Justine interned for federal Judge Nancy Gertner, a small criminal defense and immigration law firm and the Committee for Public Counsel Services’ Boston Superior Court office. After completing law school, Justine clerked for the Honorable William Meade at the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She became a public defender with CPCS in 2011, representing clients in both district and superior courts.
