David received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2010, where he was a Ruth Wyatt Rosenson Scholar and was awarded the Joseph E. Green Scholarship. During law school, David worked for two years in the Criminal and Juvenile Justice Project of the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic. He received his B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University in 2007
