Haylie Jacobson joined the Appeals Unit in 2023. Prior to joining CPCS, Haylie was a fellow at the Louisiana Center for Children’s Rights and a Research & Writing Attorney at the Federal Public Defender’s Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana. She clerked for Judge Stephen A. Higginson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and is a graduate of Georgetown University and Harvard Law School.
