Revolutionary change is needed to ensure our family support systems are equitable for all. Join Dr. Pryce as we explore how to change systems by looking inward, examining power dynamics and privilege within systems. Dr. Pryce will help the audience identify their own personal and institutional philosophies, mindsets, and values and how shifting those toward antiracism will lead to true systemic change. Every child and family serving professional will learn how to meaningfully partner with families and co design a path forward.
