Accessibility Statement

The Committee for Public Counsel Services (“CPCS”) website serves our clients, attorneys, and vendors. As a result, the website must be accessible by and helpful to all three groups. Our goal is to ensure all website visitors can easily access needed information, and that content on the website is written in a way in which any audience is able to understand and access it.

CPCS will make best efforts to be accessible which includes but is not limited to:

  • Language Accessibility (utilizing plain language as well as translation)
  • Individuals who use hardware or software assistive technologies to operate IT devices
  • Individuals with visual, auditory, physical, or other disabilities protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
