Ethical Issues in Representing Mental Health Clients

ETHICAL ISSUES IN  REPRESENTING MENTAL HEALTH CLIENTS 

Learn what law school did not teach you when representing clients in mental health cases! Join Regional Coordinators Sergio Carvajal, Esq. and Anna Lembo, Esq. for an interactive program discussing various ethical dilemmas that arise in representing clients with alleged diminished capacity. The training will take place via Zoom on Thursday, June 24, 2021, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for two (2) substantive mental health CLE credits.  Pre-registration is required as participants are limited to 20. Please pre-register by June 18th by sending an email to Anna at lembolaw@outlook.com or Sergio at sergio@carvajallawpc.com and confirmed pre-registrants will then get the Zoom registration link.
