Protective Orders

Are prosecutors moving for protective orders that keep you from giving case information to your clients or even keeping you from getting it yourself?  Come to this lunch training to discuss what is going on on this issue around the Commonwealth.  We will address:

• What to do to oppose the Commonwealth’s request for a protective order or move to reconsider an existing protective order
• What to do once a protective order is place to ensure compliance
• What to do when you are filing a motion or an appeal in a case involving a protective order
