DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Police misconduct\, the POST Commission\, and CPCS’s database: Tuesday\, December 5\, 2023\, 3:00-4:30 \n  \nThe purpose of this training is to give attorneys some tools to find and use police misconduct information. The training will start with an overview of the POST Commission\, which is charged with certifying all officers in the state\, and a review of their police misconduct information. DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””]Presenter: Skailer Qvistgaard\, CPCS Training Department Staff Attorney \nMassachusetts created 111E as a statutory diversion option for people determined by a Court to be drug dependent.  It offers the opportunity for our clients to complete a substance use treatment program which will result in the dismissal of their case without the need to enter a plea.
