DESCRIPTION:CPCS Immigration Impact Unit (IIU) Presents:  Bar Advocate Training – ICE Enforcement in 2025 \nCome learn about changes in ICE enforcement and the way it impacts our clients and our representation. In particular\, we will discuss how to identify when there is an ICE detainer\, what to do when ICE is in the courthouse\, and how to work with clients who have been arrested by ICE. We will provide you tools to help navigate the current climate and answers questions. \nWe will be covering the same material in each session\, so you do not need to attend more than once. Multiple dates and times are being provided to ensure this training is broadly accessible.
