DESCRIPTION:Registration is now open for the third and final part of the series on Representing an Immigrant Client in a C&P. This session\, on May 2 from 2-4 pm via Zoom\, will be focused on representing immigrant parents\, including advocacy tips for connecting clients to appropriate\, available\, and culturally sensitive resources; how to defend a client’s language access rights; and special considerations when representing undocumented clients\, clients abroad\, or immigrant clients with criminal records.
