DESCRIPTION:Representing an immigrant client in a C&P can present a host of unfamiliar challenges. Join the Immigration Impact Unit on November 1 from 2-4 pm via Zoom for a discussion of how to spot issues and tackle challenges related to a client’s immigration status. The training will review basic immigration law concepts\, discuss risk of ICE enforcement\, share practical resources and tips\, and offer an opportunity to ask questions.
