Wayne \nAfter 45 years in practice\, Seattle trial lawyer Robert Wayne has learned a few things about dealing with expert witnesses\, both in the courtroom and during preparation. In this one-hour presentation\, he will share with you some of the things he wished he had known from the start\, including preparing the expert for deposition and trial\, finalizing the expert report (FRCP 26)\, conducting the direct examination\, and handling the cross. Mr. Wayne has served as a Program Director and Team Leader in many NITA programs\, including the National Trial Skills Program in Boulder.
