TRACEY MEYERS AND DR. SHAWN HEALY. \nEmployees will learn firsthand how to recognize some of the most common signs and  symptoms of mental health challenges and burnout among themselves and their colleagues. In addition\, LCL will cover topics such as substance misuse\, cognitive decline\, and life stressors.
