Attend our Filing A (com)Motion training to learn about what motions you can bring before the judge in order to dismiss actions\, limit witnesses\, exclude documents\, to give your client the best opportunity to defend against the petition. \n2. We will do a lecture on Motions that can be brought\, but more importantly\, we will have a number of scenarios to be explored and discussed. \n3. We will break into small groups and ask each group to write up at least one motion based upon one of the scenarios. \n4.
