Part 1 \nVirtual Training \nFebruary 13\, 2025 – 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM \nPART 1 of a two-part program presented by Heidi Alexander\, Executive Director\, the SJC Standing Committee on Lawyer Well-Being in collaboration with the CPCS Wellness Committee. \nPart 1 presented virtually on February 13th from 11am-Noon will provide insights on identity in the Massachusetts legal profession\, including a snapshot of the demographic makeup of attorneys in MA\, lived experiences from historically underrepresented and marginalized individuals in the legal profession\, data connecting lived experiences and well-being outcomes and the importance of supportive workplaces and allyship. More details TBD. \nRegister in advance for this meeting here! \n  \nPart 2 (with a date TBD) will focus on recently released proposals from the Affinity Bar Associations that provide practical ways to improve well-being in the profession and to dismantle systemic inequities. This program will feature a roundtable conversation comprised of various members and focused on public service and government workplaces.

How can we as advocates amplify our client’s voice in legal cases that impact them. In this training\, we will explore calling your child witness to the stand in either a delinquency\, CRA\, and/or a care and protection case.
