Do you believe that your client’s mental health treatment\, admission to a facility or petition for commitment/guardianship is being impacted by racial bias? During each session we will focus on a different topic arising in our litigation. Come talk about how to tell your client’s story\, develop strategy\, draft cross and direct examinations\, move to admit relevant studies and articles and make effective arguments to the court.
