Practice using your own impeachment chapters to effectively impeach witnesses remotely with control and command! \nCome join us on November 8th from 10-Noon on Zoom a live-remote training worth 2 CLE Credits \n  \nDuring this training: \n· We will begin with a presentation about fundamental impeachment technique\, including a review of cross examination & refreshing recollection skills\, as well as Why\, When & How to impeach; \n· We will then talk about and confront the challenges that arise inherent to remote impeachment with careful preparation; \n· We will demonstrate an effective remote impeachment; \n· We will then break out into small groups to practice effective technique to improve your recent impeachment attempts and your anticipated impeachment chapters for upcoming cases. \n  \nAfter the training\, you will be able to: \n· Identify the rules of Cross; \n· Distinguish between refreshing recollection and impeachment; \n· Explain Why\, When and How to Impeach; \n· Describe how to effectively handle remote impeachment with necessary pretrial preparation and proper technique \n  \nSPACE IS LIMITED! \n  \nRegister in advance for this training! \nAfter registering\, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
