DESCRIPTION:Barnstable\, Plymouth\, and Bristol Counties Regional Coordinator Virtual Training Via Zoom May 26\, 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM\nThe Three Prongs of Risk of Harm \n2 MHLD CLE  \nJoin us for an Expert Panel discussion on the three prongs of risk of harm applied in Section 7&8 Petitions for civil commitment. In addition to Mike O’Brien and Joan LeGraw the panel includes two psychiatrists (Mark Rudolph M.D.) and (Helen Farrell M. D) and one psychologist (Paul Zeizel PhD) all of whom have substantial experience serving as independent medical examiners for Respondents at civil commitment hearings. In advance of the discussion panel members and attendees will receive several hypothetical fact patterns\, designed to elicit diverse assessments and opinions.
