DESCRIPTION:Suffolk and Worcester Counties Regional Coordinators Virtual CLE Training\nBEFORE & AFTER\nIn the Matter of: P.R.\n488 Mass. 136 (2021) \nTHIS PROGRAM QUALIFIES FOR 2 CLE ON THE MENTAL HEALTH AND MENTAL HEALTH APPEALS PANELS \nThis will be a two-hour presentation and discussion with Attys. Anna Lembo\, Esq.\, Worcester County Regional Coordinator and Toni Hall\, Esq.\, Suffolk County Regional Coordinator. \nThe following topics will be covered: \n\nThe P.R. decision and the impact on permissible expert testimony.\nThe medical records exception to the rule against hearsay.\nThe mechanics of admitting medical records into evidence.\nRelevant case law and statutes including: Bouchie v.
