PROGRAMS APPROVED FOR
CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION CREDITS
The following training programs have been approved for the indicated continuing legal education credit-hours. Eight (8) credit-hours per fiscal year (7/1 - 6/30) are required in order to maintain mental health certification. The Mental Health Litigation Division may be unaware of other programs conducted by organizations and schools, particularly in western Massachusetts. To seek CLE-credit approval for programs not listed below, please contact Beatriz Juarez, Division Coordinator.
Continuing legal education credits also will be granted to mental health attorneys who accept pro bono cases through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association. Three credit-hours will be allowed for each case handled through disposition - five where a case involves a mental health issue. For information, please contact the Volunteer Lawyers Project at (617) 423-0648 or visit their website.
Please Note:
Unless otherwise specified, "webcasts" are NOT approved for CLE credits.
