Eric Brandt attended Amherst College and Northeastern University School of Law. He was a law clerk with the Massachusetts Appeals Court for two years, the first for various justices and the second for Justice John M. Greaney. He has been a staff attorney in the Appeals Unit since 1982 and a supervisor since 1988. He has also been a contributing author for successive editions of Appellate Practice in Massachusetts (MCLE 1994-2014) and Massachusetts Superior Court Criminal Practice Jury Instructions (MCLE 1999-2013).
